Jose Moturi · Architect & Urban Designer
I am an Architect and Urban Designer with experience in high-rise residential developments, BIM coordination, technical documentation, and construction administration across East and Southern Africa.
Growing up around construction in Kenya sparked my fascination with the built environment and ultimately led me to architecture and urban design. I bring experience in Revit, Archicad, QGIS, Adobe Creative Suite, and virtual reality, and I am also the Co-founder of Next, a VR venture exploring new ways of experiencing and communicating architecture.
Funny enough, my childhood dream was never to become an architect—it was to operate a crane. That dream has never really gone away. Today, I design and think about cities and buildings, but I still hope that one day I’ll find myself sitting in a crane cab, looking down at something I helped design.
